Unfortunately, I did not acquire this item previous to doing the before mentioned quest. And, tidy as I am, I regularly remove saves. Pretty stupid in hindsight.So, I can only see one solution: enable fast travelling anywhere, not just from the sign posts. Please, can this be done?

I'd hate having to restart my entire game because of this.
